To all of the wonderful mothers out there, you make it look wayyyy too easy. It was a blessing and a curse to always have to babysit. I got to see what it was like to really care for a child at an early age. My nieces and nephews are ages 13-3 months. I love them all so much and one day I will give them a cousin just not today. I don’t need that kind of stress in my life right now lol.
Children are God’s little angels and their laughter warms my heart. They can also: scream and cry for no reason, poop excessively, grow super fast, eat everything, leave you no privacy, get into everything, won’t sit down, and hardheaded. I hate to tell you this but yes,$ that cute little sweet baby will turn into this rambunctious toddler with too much energy.
I urge young girls to just hold off on having children and enjoy your life! Enjoy your childhood (18/19 is still a teen to me). I also think it’s a good idea to have fun in your 20’s. Experience life while you can and while you feel like it! Of course there are always exceptions to the baby rules. If you can help it, wait until you’re ready. As my mom used to tell me ‘Leave them babies where they at.’ Which simply means, don’t rush it. The car, house, job, family, husband/wife, whatever it is, will come when it’s supposed to.
Wrap-Up!
Thank you for reading! Sorry if my optimism bothers you. I choose to be happy and always look at the bright side of things. It may not feel good or look good, but it’s for my good.
