It’s one thing to know how to fight using your hands or other things around you. It’s a whole other ballgame to pick up prayer as a weapon of choice. When I was younger I didn’t fully understand what it meant to pray without ceasing. Now that I’m older I understand that you may need to pray at any moment in time. It comes at random when you get that serious urge to get down and pray.

Those little moments when we feel so much turmoil and grief that we can’t even breathe. Those moments when it seems like life is too heavy of a burden to bear. Prayer takes the worry out of any situation, because you know when God has heard you and is working on your behalf. The feeling of contentment that washes over you is like nothing else in this world.

Besides that, prayer also allows us to clear away the clutter and noise from our lives. Take a second, turn off all devices, and pray. You don’t have to have all of the right words to say, you could just be silent. You could cry. You could just have a normal conversation. It doesn’t matter as long as you try!
Wrap-Up!
Stay tuned for some announcements in the next 2 weeks or so! I am so excited for what God has in store for me. For the first time in a long time I feel that constant push to want better. Usually I have it then it subsides and depression or anxiety sets in, but I’m overcoming a lot of my issues. Especially since seasonal depression time is around the corner, I’m not trying to lose my momentum.
