Use Your Anger Toward Something Positive!

Let your anger fuel your passions! If you know your anger is too much, even for you to handle you might need to try something different.

There is always a way out of your anger down spiral, I promise. You are the only person who knows when you’re about to lose it.

Find a healthy way to get rid of that anger. Throw that anger up against the wall, in the trash, or knock it out.

All of that pent up anger and rage will eat you alive and turn you into someone you don’t recognize.

Let it OUT! It’s exhausting to continue to carry around so much. I started exercising more and lifting weights to relieve the tension.

Punching bags, medicine balls, treadmills, and lifting was my thing. That was my time to think and reflect. If I was mad, it would be my time to release that.

Find a way to release it, if you don’t you won’t get very far!


Ok I’m going to be very honest here folks, I’m boring myself. I always take on a lot of different projects, because I just want to do everything before I die. I’m being patient and trusting the process, and I’m planning to add some more life to this blog.
